Overtime After 10 hrs: 1.5x/Hourly

As a sound mixer and recordist there is little room for error on set. In order to record dialog reliability with great sound, Morgan uses Lectrosonics wireless, Sound Devices field recorder & mixer, Schoeps, Sanken and Sennheiser boom mics. The trusty Sanken Cos-11 is his go to lav mic. 

For sync: Tentacle sync boxes and Betso slates. Trusty and accurate.
